Join us for an Oyster Pop Up Bar as we will be pairing oysters from Salazar Shellfish with wines from Teutonic Wine Company.

Influenced by the Middle-Mosel Valley in Germany and the Alsace region in France, Teutonic Wine Company celebrates the characteristics of these wine regions here in Oregon. Only working with cool-climate growing sites, adhering to natural farming practices and minimal intervention, Teutonic wines reflect all that is natural in winemaking, from the vineyard, to the cellar, and to the bottle. Teutonic’s house style is consistent throughout its catalog of wines – crisp, bright and with balanced acidity, making them easy to pair with oysters.

This event will benefit the Sexual Assault Resource Center of Oregon (sarcoregon.org). This event aims to secure funding for SARC's confidential and trauma-informed advocacy services for sexual assault survivors while supporting local small businesses, artisans, and winemakers. Our hope is to merge the spirit of giving with support for those who uplift our community.
